I believe in coaching that considers the athlete and the individual equally. This is at the cornerstone of my approach and where it all begins.

My approach is straightforward, rooted in science and evidence based practices, then tweaked to your own physiology and psychology. We'll go back to the fundamentals and cover more that just workouts, as those are only one piece of the puzzle.

 
 
  • It all starts with mapping out a training structure that matches your ambitions with your lifestyle, physiology and psychology. Finding a rhythm that you enjoy is a key aspect in the set up of our collaboration. A solid training program is the foundation of each partnership, but many other factors than just the training program come into play!

  • I enjoy working with athletes of all levels - from beginners, mid packers to high level performers who like to run roads, trails or both. Your experience level doesn’t matter, it's your motivation that does

    Having a set goal can be a great place to start from, but that isn’t a requirement. I can help you get fit or back in the game without race on the calendar. As long as you’re willing to give yourself a shot, committed to put in the work and are curios to learn where running can take you, then I’m happy to guide you along the way. 

  • At its core, coaching is about building a relationship. For the training to be effective, patience, consistency, trust and frequent communication are required. 

    I can’t and won’t make any promises about outcomes, but what I can guarantee it that I will do the best I can at making you a better athlete and support you in your athletic journery.
